Resort Description
The southernmost resort on the Baja Peninsula sits right on the beach, blissfully sheltered by high granite cliffs affording total privacy just a mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas.
Air-conditioned guest quarters are decorated in light Mexican colors with white-tiled floors, sitting areas with satellite TVs, mini-bars, and safes. Ground-floor units have large terraces that open right onto the beach. Elevated units have balconies, and the generously sized studios and deluxe suites have kitchenettes.
Chef Nacho coordinates the popular Saturday Night Mexican Fiestas at the on-site La Roca Restaurant. Other restaurants and bars are located nearby, and a stroll to Cabo San Lucas is rewarded with numerous dining and nightlife venues.
Fountains, a swim-up bar, and a large inset whirlpool make the pool deck the social hub of the resort. Guests also have full use of the larger pool area at the neighboring condominium development. Sport fishing is huge here, and the resort has its own fleet of boats. Anglers come from across the globe to fish these waters for prize marlin and other large game fish. Diving is excellent here, too, and it's not unusual to encounter huge manta rays and various species of shark, including the enormous plankton-eating whale shark.
For a romantic and exotic getaway, treat yourself to Solmar!
